App is in German not English. At least my installation is. Buttons and links are in German.

Found the settigs page has the option to changw the app to English menus. That is not the default language.

ve been trying to make it work, but the connection to the Goethe Instituts server just doesnt happen... all words have to be added by hand!

I just downloaded the app today, and every time I try to load content it says: "Your App is not the latest version. Please update your application." I am running the current version of iOS and the current version of the app. I suppose this app would be OK for someone who wants to enter their own vocabulary words by hand.

This issue has been mentioned a couple times. Ive never been able to use it, because it says I dont have the latest version directly after the initial download. Schade. Seemed like it would be a pretty good app.

i tried this App, thinking itd be great for my vocabulary in German. but it always says that theres an error so I cant access the vocabulary. please update!

I think this app will be super helpful and save money and time making my own flash cards - unfortunately I couldnt get it to work. I was prompted to login and after doing that successfully, I still was not able to download any of the vocab sets and kept getting a message to login. Additionally, I couldnt find a way to selected the language for the app to set it for German-English.

I have used the first level functions successfully. Nice basic app. Vocabulary easy to pick up. Would be nice to have full audio for the examples - as it stands audio is supported for the single word. I appreciate the ability to add your own vocabulary and examples. Will continue to use and report on. I selected the Deutsch - German option and have not tried other.

I live in the US, I am a native English speaker new to German. I downloaded this to learn German vocabulary. However, the entire app is in German unlike in the screen captures shown in the App Store. There is clearly a glitch happening here. It looks like it is probably good for German speakers to learn other languages which I gathered from aimlessly clicking and trying to find a way to change it to English for learning German. I dont think there is a way since there dont seem to be any settings like that that were recognizable.

You can switch it to English by going into the app settings through your phone settings. From the main menu I went through new content to title search. Choose your language and then hit search from there - plenty of downloadable units without having to log in (my log in never worked). Couldnt get the other search to work, but the units I found have plenty of vocab

I cant do anything. I opened it, and then? Nothing happened. Dont download it. Please fix this. It seemed to be a good and helpful app. But not for now I guess.

I have attempted to use this app several times. Ive downloaded, installed, deleted and reinstalled it. Ive done everything I can to get it to work. No matter what I do, I get error messages: "Fehler: The operation couldnt be completed. (Exception on didEndElement: *** setObjectForKey: key cannot be nil error 0.)" or "Fehler: 20 DB_ERROR" I am unable to add content. Please fix this. Fixed, it would be a fantastic app to have.

I am familiar with the Goethe Institut, and they are the very best when it comes to teaching German. Unfortunately, this app does not work. Even though I went online and gave them my email, made up a password, established an account ("successfully" according to the email I received from them), and logged in (again, "successfully"), the app keeps asking me to log in. Too bad, because if the app actually worked, it would probably be great, like most everything else that the G.I. does.

Cant wait to see it Update... Please please please take a look at this again. It will not work. No login. No English version. Im using an iPhone 5 from the US App Store. Thanks

I cant get the app to work. Ive deleted and reinstalled it. Hoping a new update comes out.
