It is only in German

I live in the US, I am a native English speaker new to German. I downloaded this to learn German vocabulary. However, the entire app is in German unlike in the screen captures shown in the App Store. There is clearly a glitch happening here. It looks like it is probably good for German speakers to learn other languages which I gathered from aimlessly clicking and trying to find a way to change it to English for learning German. I dont think there is a way since there dont seem to be any settings like that that were recognizable.
